We got a note in Abby’s folder last week informing us that she had been chosen as Citizen of the Month for her class. She was one of two students chosen (out of 8!).
The moral this month was honesty. We never could figure out how she displayed honesty (did she rat someone out for a Pre-School crime??), but we were painfully proud. We showed up to chapel and enjoyed the 1/2 hour sitting with her. (Daddy especially enjoyed the sermon as it was delivered on his level…ie, a pre-school level!!)
At the end, we were beaming as Abby ran up to get her certificate and her pencil. What a cutie!!

I cannot tell a lie…she is awesome!
When I saw these last night I got so teary, I could not see to write–today it is not that much better, but at least I can type! I saw my sweet Trica up at St Peters all over again–go figure!!!! Abby is such a sweet, beautiful child and I am sooo proud of her. This is one of many awards this lovely child will receive!
