The process: 1) Before – dry, unwashed hair. 2) First application of bleach plus “developer.” 3) More bleach added. You can start to see some of the blonde showing through. 4) HAIR CAP! 5) Checking the progress – getting blonder. It was about this time that I added more developer to “spread things around” and hit some spots that I missed on the first pass. 6) About 20 minutes in now. Checking progress. 7) 60 minutes in now. It’s starting to burn but that’s how you know it’s working, right!?! 8) After shower 1. Had to squeeze my eyes shut REAL tight so I wouldn’t go blind! 9) Nice and dry. Before applying the “Snow White” dye. 10) Whitening dye added. Tricia painted this in like a pro. Took her about 30 minutes! I would have done it in 5 but she wanted to make sure that every single hair was saturated. 11) 30 minutes later after shower #2. If you squint, you can see it’s a little “less yellow” than #8. 12) All dry now. Time to spike it up and take some photos!!
