Today was Elizabeth’s first day of school.
Well, she’s only 2 and a half so “school” is somewhat of a misnomer, but that’s what we’re calling it and she feels like such a big girl.
We got her dressed and she grabbed her backpack “Safari” (she named it) and then she posed for photos. Didn’t even put up a fight! Did the whole thumbs up just like Abby did on Day 1 of Kindergarten.
She did great at school. Just a little bit of crying when Tricia dropped her off but then she had a great day. She was wearing the backpack when I went to pick her up after work. She was so happy and chatty. She really seemed to have a great time.
