Pumpkin Painting

Abby picked out a tiny pumpkin a few weeks ago when we went to a local pumpkin patch. She had the great idea to paint it, so I set her up out back with some paints and a brush, and she went to town! I think she came up with a beautiful work of art. It’s supposed to be a face. You can kind of make out two eyes, a mouth, and some eyebrows…if you stand on your head and squint your eyes real hard. 🙂

  1. Look at that fine, left-handed artwork. Just like her daddy! (except his pumpkin would be inside on the computer where it is nice and warm and the glow of the screen warms his soul!)

  2. Standing back and squinting??? That’s how you view Impressionistic paintings!!!!

I did note that in the first photo she is using her RH . . . perhaps ambidextrous? Hey – whichever one works 🙂
